Highlights:

  • Helped conceptualize and launch Personalized Analytics (now called Field Insights) product.

  • Grew Field Insights client base from 0 to 12 large scale pharma companies.

  • User Satisfaction Survey levels - Learnability, Simplicity, Ease of Use, and Comfortability all scoring over 80%.

  • Created the Field Insights Figma Mobile Component Library, used by both design and technical teams, streamlining our design and delivery process, and laying the foundation for other ZS mobile product design.

  • Implemented a UX/UI punchlist process, reducing production level bugs and inconsistencies.

Uline, UX Designer

At Uline, I designed experiences around the cart, and member registration.  I was able to implement the cart menu flyout, which alleviated a major customer pain point.  I also redesigned our member sign-up forms which contributed to 20% less abandonment.
